As a member you have a say in determining the future of your credit union. See the plan details and supporting documents below.



Voting Details

  • From April 14 to 28, members will be able to vote in-person at your credit union branch.



Who can vote?

  • All members of our credit union, in good standing, age 16 or older
  •  One member, one vote: Eligible members are entitled to one vote each. No member can vote more than once.
  • Where membership is held jointly by a member and his or her spouse, each of the joint members are entitled to vote.
  • A business, corporation or organization may vote through an appointed representative. To be eligible the member must give the credit union notice of the appointment in writing, including the name of the representative, at least 48 hours before the intended voting day. The last opportunity to vote is the  Special Meeting of Members on April 28, 2021. You can download the Designation of Representative Form here.


How and when can you vote?

  • Voting opens April 14, 2021 and closes April 28, 2021
  • You can vote in your branch during the hours noted below.
    • Monday to Friday: 9:30AM to 4:30PM
      • Thursdays: 4:30PM - 8:00PM.
  • For members that do not vote in branch, you may be able to vote at your credit union’s  Special Meeting scheduled for April 28  at 7:00PM. Note there is limited capacity to attend this meeting and pre-registration is required, due to COVID-19 protocols.
